The triathlon will commence in wave starts at the pool from 10:15. It is anticipated that all waves will be completed by 13:00. Please ensure that you arrive in time to register and prepare your kit. THERE WILL BE NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY. Registration will close at 09:30.

Approximate swim wave start times will be posted in the Craig MacLean Leisure Centre foyer along with which heat is presently under way.

This year it will be possible to watch the swimming from inside the Craig MacLean Leisure Centre via the window.

Race Briefing
The main race briefing will commence at 09:40 in the sports hall. Instructions will also be given to competitors before the start of each swim heat.

Bring sensible clothing for weather conditions on the day. Our event has seen perfect weather every year, but wind/waterproofs are still recommended as bad weather may roll in.

Please ensure that you bring a cycle helmet for the cycle leg. No helmet-no race! However if you do forget, or if you have any problem with your bike, let us know and we will do our best to get you up and running.

Lockers are available in the Craig MacLean Leisure Centre (20p) and in the pool changing rooms (£1)

Bike Check
We aim to offer a free bicycle safety check before the race but this will be subject to availability.

Real time results will be available immediately after you finish at the race timing centre beside the finish.

Prize Giving
Prize giving will commence as soon as possible after the last competitor finishes, hopefully no later than 15:00 either on the playing fields beside the finish or in the Craig MacLean Leisure Centre. Snacks will be available.

Race Marshals
Competitors are requested to ask any accompanying friends and family to help with marshalling the race. Please inform the organiser as soon as possible if you can assist. We need marshals to be able to hold the race!

There will be water on the run route and refreshments at the finish area.

Accommodation listings can be found on website: www.grantownonline.com.
